Our Master Baker, Devyani, spent years as a high-ranking professional in the fast-paced world of Corporate Communications. While she excelled at crafting stories for major organizations, her heart was always in her home bakery, perfecting the alchemy of flour, water, and salt.

Driven by a relentless passion for the craft, she chose to swap corporate strategies for sourdough starters. Today, every loaf, cookie, and cracker that leaves our studio is a testament to her dedication to the art of the "slow bake."

Behind the scenes is Vikram, a veteran of the food industry. While he understands the mechanics of the food world, his primary role is much simpler: he is the ultimate fan of everything Devyani bakes. Having tasted the very best the industry has to offer, he knew that Devyani’s creations were something special - something the world deserved to enjoy. Together, they founded Crumbs Theory to bring that homemade excellence to your table.
