Incorrect Address and Unclaimed Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it's unclaimed, you may be responsible for re-shipping fees.

Damages During Shipping

We take great care in packaging our delicious bakery items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@thesevenisles.in with photos of the damaged items and packaging. This will help us assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
